Return and Refund Policy
At Green Wheels Scooters customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Below is our return and refund policy applicable to e-scooters, electric bikes, and accessories sold in Ireland.
Returns
Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase included.
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery may not qualify for a return.
Exceptions
Non-returnable items: Customized or modified e-scooters, clearance items, or gift cards are not eligible for returns.
Items with defects caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs will not be accepted.
Refunds
Processing Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, using the original payment method.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returning items are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
If you wish to exchange for a different product, additional charges may apply depending on price differences.
How to Initiate a Return or Refund
Contact our customer service team at sales@greenwheelsscooters.ie with your order details, reason for return, and supporting evidence (e.g., photos for defective items).
Pack the item securely and ship it to Unit 6, Park Shopping Centre, Prussia Street, Dublin 7, D07K802, Ireland.
