We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of the Terms.

In order to contract with us, you must be 18 years and above and have a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank that is acceptable to us. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to decline any request made by you.

When confirmation of your order is received, it is an indication that your order has been obtained for processing. It does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until an invoice is sent to you.

When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the products.

Delivery times (if applicable) may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from force majeure for which we are not liable.

All payments are processed through a third-party payment processor. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the fees to your chosen payment method.

In the case of a change in price, we will attempt to contact you first to notify you of the issue and to ensure that the amended price is acceptable before proceeding with the order. On the rare occasion an ordered item is not in stock, we will email or call you before deciding how to proceed. In this situation we will offer either a refund or alternative product.

Images on our website are for illustration purposes only and do not form part of the contract. Due to the nature of some products, items may vary slightly from the image and this will be noted in the product description. Please ensure that you read the entire product description before purchasing an item to get a full understanding of the item being purchased.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel an order. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our online store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Services (or any part or content thereof) without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Services.
